RETURNS

RBD Outlet will exchange or issue a refund if you are not happy with your purchase within 30 days of your transaction.

You may choose to return the item by clicking “Return this item” next to the item in your “My eBay” account.

Please do not send the item back without obtaining a Return Authorization, by initiating a return for your order through eBay.

Returns are only accepted on items in the same brand new, unused condition that you received them (unless the listing states the condition as otherwise), along with all original as well as outer packaging, accessories and purchase receipt.

All return shipping costs must be prepaid; we do not accept any COD’s for returns.

Any items that have been returned and have obvious signs of use will be returned to the buyer at buyer’s expense.

Your refund will be processed within 3-7 business days after receiving the item at our location.
