Unfortunately, I have to sell my favorite clock. Why, because I bought a spa. So today, I offer this rare and beautiful solid bronze cartel clock, Circa 1880-1890. When I bought this clock, I took it to a old clock guy. He put on a new bell and nut, suspension spring and found the right key. It works which is a testament to its quality. The clock is 26 inches tall. I took a picture of the note the clock guy left me. He told me that clocks like this one are rare, because they only used the molds a few times for the bronze clocks. He said clocks like this were reserved for wealthy families and would come with a service. Essentially, the clock makers apprentice would wind and set the clocks time for the family who purchased it. Of course this was extra. I will ship the 19 pound clock in a wood crate that I will have to build. I will also insure it. Shipping in the continental United States is free. But if you live out of the country I will have to quote you the shipping cost. Lastly, the clock may need to be adjusted after going through the shipping process. I will take every precaution to pack in a manner to prevent this to the best of my ability. Thanks
