Returns

We accept returns within 30 days. If the item was received broken/ defected it MUST be reported to us within 24 – 48 hours after receiving your item. Please kindly keep the packaging since we may need pictures to ensure accurate processing of the defect.

If the item is being returned due to a change in minded and/or preference of the item, there will be a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted automatically when the refund is processed.

Size Exchanges

If you need to exchange the size of your ring after you have received it, there is a size exchange fee of 10% of the price of the ring within 30 days of delivery.

The ring will be exchanged ONLY if the size is available.

Buyer is responsible for the return shipping and the shipping of the newly sized ring.

CARING FOR DAMASCUS RINGS

• Remove your rings while applying makeup, perfumes and lotions.
