Returns
For genuinely faulty goods money will be refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
Return policy details

Items returned outside of the 30-day policy will not be accepted.
Because of our Free Shipping, we will deduct the shipping charges we paid from your refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
